This is our Paper Honeycomb Machine for producing endless paper honeycomb core and core sheets.
Production Flow
How is the machine working?
1. Paper Holder
Mechanical type and Hydraulic type paper holder can provide stable and standard paper holding and feeding.
2. Gluing
New designed paper honeycomb gluing machine can allowed max 4 different cell size in line.  Roller rotation design make it very easy to change different size, no need to remove the roller in the machine.  Suitable for different glue like starch glue, white emulsion and PVC.

3. Paper Laminating
Honeycomb core paper laminating machine can provide stable pressure automatically by the cylinder.

4. Surface gluing
Honeycomb surface paper gluing machine use for produce endless honeycomb core or core sheets. With automatic glue stop design the glue can be stoped according to how many layers you need in the sheets.

5. Paper Cutting
Core paper honeycomb  horizontal cutting machine can automatically change the hight of the core and the cutting speed by change the setting in the touch screen. Max cutting speed can arrive 500 cuts every minute.

6. Addtional Function
We can add addtional function like hole making, notching and core slitting as customer request.
